Kendra is an advocate and a community organizer at heart. She has worked within the anti-trafficking movement for the last 8 years to amplify person-centered anti-trafficking prevention education and outreach across the country. In previous roles, she’s had the opportunity to support people who have experienced exploitation and trafficking, train organizations and families on workers’ rights, and advocate for systemic changes that protect immigrant workers and individuals who experience exploitation. Her goal has always been to meet people where they’re at and support them in navigating complicated systems to access the resources and justice they need to thrive.
Kendra is a native Houstonian and holds a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University. She currently serves as a Training and Development Project Manager for the National Human Trafficking Training and Technical Assistance Center. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her partner, family, and two adorable dogs.
